FLEX F3000 – Power, precision and control for heavy-duty industrial lifting

The FLEX F3000 is a pick & carry crane with a fixed mast, designed to handle heavy lifting operations in industrial, production and logistics environments where high capacity, precise handling and maximum reliability are required.

With a maximum capacity of 3 tonnes, the FLEX F3000 is an ideal solution for handling heavy loads, even in complex environments where the use of forklifts or traditional lifting systems may be limited or impractical.

One of the main strengths of this model is its excellent load performance: thanks to its triple telescopic boom, the crane can lift up to 900 kg with the boom fully extended at 3.5 metres. This feature allows the operator to reach and position the load beyond the machine’s footprint, making operations easier on pallets, machinery, production lines, assembly areas and hard-to-reach points.

The FLEX F3000 is equipped with a remote control system that allows the operator to manage the crane’s main functions safely, precisely and intuitively. The radio remote control enables proportional and adjustable control of the following movements:

  • lifting
  • lowering
  • boom extension
  • boom retraction

This proportional control allows smooth and controlled movements, ensuring high precision when positioning the load, even in the most delicate applications.

Thanks to its outstanding manoeuvrability, the FLEX F3000 can also operate in difficult-to-reach areas, such as narrow aisles, confined spaces, production departments with complex layouts, or environments where heavy loads need to be moved with great accuracy.

For even more demanding applications, the FLEX F3000 can be equipped with an optional integrated electric hoist, offering superior lifting performance, even smoother load handling and optimal operator control. This configuration is particularly suitable for industrial environments where precision, safety and repeatability of operations are essential.

The machine is also supplied with an external battery charger and integrates important safety devices, including systems designed to prevent accidental lowering of the load in the event of a hydraulic circuit failure, as well as overload protection.
