The FLEX F1000SBL crane is a ballasted cantilever crane with fixed column and electric traction that allows lifting loads of up to 1000 kg.

It is equipped with an electric extension with a stroke of 1000 mm which reaches an overhang of 1400 mm .

It is equipped with a pivoting drive wheel that offers an exceptional steering angle and two fixed front elastic wheels. The lifting, lowering, advancement and retraction of the extension are electric. The speed of all the arm functions is adjustable by the operator .

The integrated ballast system allows you to lift a cantilevered load without having to install lateral stabilizers. This makes it a universal mobile crane with unlimited application possibilities and is immediately ready for use. With the FLEX F1000SBL mini crane, you can accommodate parts (molds, spare parts and any type of load) on machine tools, shelves, assembly tables and on any site that is difficult to access.

DYNAMIC MAXIMUM LOAD LIMITER: the FLEX F1000SBL is equipped as standard with a system for limiting the maximum load allowed in each extension position.

A selector is positioned on the steering wheel to regulate the traction speed:

«Turtle» position: driving at reduced speed for narrow passages and for safely moving the load (max 1.5 km/hr).
“Hare” position: Standard and progressive speed driving for long journeys (max 3 km/hr)

Safe driving: the special ergonomics allow the operator to grip the tiller with both hands.

Battery disconnect mushroom, acoustic warning: 24Vdc horn, complete with anti-interference polyester axial capacitor; 10 to 100V multi-voltage LED flashing light
24V buzzer intermittent sound working when the crane is moving, used to increase the safety of operators when reversing the vehicle

Pulse model with single-phase 220V high frequency input voltage and 24V output voltage. Microprocessor indicator with relay for lifting block.
No. 3 LEDs indicating the operating status. Remote RBC indicator for displaying the battery charger charging phase

The FLEX F1000SBL model allows you to move and lift loads in full compliance with current regulations for the protection of operator safety.

The hydraulic system is equipped with a blocking valve that prevents the load from falling in the event of accidental pipe breakage. The pump is equipped with a relief valve that prevents overloading of the machine.
