Our manufacturing processes are strictly inspected in order to ensure compliant components in all our departments. Our cranes are ‘made in AxA’.
SUPPLY CHAIN
Our suppliers are certified by our Quality Control Organisation and adopt procedures for the traceability of materials and LEAN production, which guarantee the highest product and service performance. All our components are ‘made in Italy’.
CERTIFICATION
All our cranes comply with the European regulations in force, including the 2006/42/EC Machine Directive, the 2014/35/EU Directive (low voltage) and the 2014/30/ EU Directive (electro-magnetic compatibility).
CUSTOMER CARE
Our after-sale service supports our clients in Italy and throughout the globe, 24/7, 365 days a year. Our staff supports our dealers with uninterrupted, face-to-face and distance training. Our spare parts are available within 24/36 hours from order.
